The inspection and packaging process steps of the finished product of the terminal line are generally divided into the following five parts: 1. Electrical detection of the terminal line → 2. Appearance inspection of the terminal line → 3. Terminal line distribution → 4. Terminal Wire assembly → 5. Terminal wire packaging.

1. Terminal line electrical detection

The finished product of the crimped terminal wire is tested by a standard wire testing machine for the withstand voltage, impedance, short circuit, etc. of the terminal wire, and after checking, the flow goes to the next inspection process.

2. Terminal line appearance inspection

Check the terminal wire of the electrical test OK with a light magnifying glass to check whether there is any defect, or use the naked eye to check whether some appearance parts meet the standard, whether there is a missing attachment, etc. Check the OK and flow to the next terminal line packaging process.

3. Terminal line dispensing

The finished terminal wire of the OK check is dispensed according to the packaging process requirements, that is, the terminal part of the terminal wire is inserted into the sheath to complete the dispensing process of the terminal wire.

4. Terminal line assembly

The completed finished product is assembled according to the circuit pattern on the terminal line specification process board, which is bundled with tape or a strap to complete the assembly process of the terminal line.

5. Terminal wire packaging

The assembled terminal wires are neatly arranged and packaged according to the terminal wire specification process diagram, such as: 500PCS/carton, 50PCS/zab, 5 bar/bag, 2 bags/carton, etc.; when the terminal wire is filled in the box, the seal is used. The box machine seals the box mouth and attaches the terminal wire product label of the wire harness manufacturer. After completing the above five inspection packaging process, the terminal line products can be shipped.
